About Lexi's Rentals

Welcome to Lexi’s Rentals, brand new 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom unfurnished apartments. We began construction in August of 2023 with completion and rentals coming available in May 2024. These custom 12-plex buildings will feature a 5-star energy rating, LVP floors with in-floor radiant heat, insulation between the floors for soundproofing. Windows are triple pane with cellular window shades. Carpeted stairs, double walls between apartments, built with noise reduction materials which will increase the comfort and privacy for tenants. Each apartment has a natural gas combi-boiler for heat and hot water located in two separate mechanical rooms. All apartments are wired with fiber optic cable to make the highest speed internet service available for purchase through ACS. Outdoor parking for one vehicle has outlet controlled by an indoor switch. Building A is on the right and is closest to Sandvik Street. We are conveniently located off University Avenue within minutes of the University, restaurants, and shopping.
